• To match families with appropriate facilities and caregivers.
• To send service-related notifications via email and SMS.
• To process payments for in-home care services.
• To communicate with you about your care needs.
• To improve our matchmaking and services.

#4. Information Sharing

• We share family information with matched facilities and caregivers to facilitate placement.
• We use third-party service providers, including SendGrid (email), Twilio (SMS), Supabase (data storage), and Stripe (payments).
• We do not sell user data to advertisers or third parties.
• Mobile information and phone numbers collected for SMS notifications, including SMS opt-in data and message-related consent records, will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Data sharing with third-party service providers (such as Twilio, SendGrid, Supabase, and Stripe) is solely for the purpose of facilitating our services.
• We may share information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.

#5. SMS Communications

We may send transactional SMS messages to phone numbers you provide based on the consent you give at the point of registration or via your dashboard settings. These messages may include new lead notifications, account updates, shift alerts, care matching updates, and scheduling.

• Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interaction with our services.
• Costs: Message and data rates may apply, based on your mobile carrier and plan.
• Opt-out: You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance.
• Mobile information and SMS opt-in data are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

#6. HIPAA and Healthcare Data

• We are a referral service, not a covered entity under HIPAA.
• However, we treat care recipient health information as confidential.
• We use industry-standard security measures to protect health-related data.
• Once you choose a facility or in-home care arrangement, that provider becomes the covered entity responsible for HIPAA-protected information.

Authorization to share care information. When you submit our care assessment form, you authorize us to share the medical and care information you provide with the senior living facilities and/or caregivers we match to your needs. We record this authorization with a timestamp at the time of your submission. You may withdraw this authorization at any time by emailing care@findseniorcarenow.com; upon withdrawal, we will stop sharing your information with new matches, though information already shared with prior matches cannot be recalled.

#7. Data Security

• We use encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest (Supabase encryption).
• Access to personal data is limited to authorized personnel.
• We follow industry best practices for data security.

#8. Data Retention

• We retain user data for as long as necessary to provide our services.
• Family lead data is retained for up to 7 years for tax and legal compliance.
• Users may request data deletion by contacting care@findseniorcarenow.com.

• Request access to your data.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements).
• Opt out of marketing communications.

#12. Data Sharing With Affiliated Facility

• Find Senior Care Now LLC’s owner also owns Meadows Assisted Living. Where a family is considering Meadows Assisted Living as a placement option, we may share relevant family and care-recipient information with Meadows Assisted Living for the purpose of evaluating and facilitating that placement — handled the same way we share information with any other facility a family is considering.
• Families may request that Meadows Assisted Living be excluded from their options at any time.

#13. Data Breach Notification

• In the event of a data breach affecting personal information, Find Senior Care Now LLC will notify affected users without unreasonable delay, consistent with applicable law.
• We will also notify relevant authorities where required by law.
• Notification will describe, to the extent known, the nature of the breach and steps users can take.

#14. California Privacy (CCPA/CPRA)

• Find Senior Care Now LLC is a small Arizona-based business and does not believe it meets the thresholds that make it subject to the California Consumer Privacy Act or California Privacy Rights Act.
• Regardless, we honor reasonable requests from all users to access, correct, or delete their personal information, subject to legal retention requirements. Requests may be sent to care@findseniorcarenow.com.

#15. Data Location and International Users

• Find Senior Care Now LLC stores and processes data in the United States.
• Our services are intended for users located in the United States, specifically Arizona. Users who access the site from outside the United States do so on their own initiative and consent to the processing of their information in the United States.
